Hero unveils diesel scooter
Hero MotorCorp showcased their new product, the diesel
powered RNT bike, at the Auto Expo. The RNT might not be the best thing to look
at, but it boasts of path-breaking technology. Powered by a 150cc turbocharged
diesel engine that makes 13.5PS and 35Nm of torque, RNT is also aided by a 1KW
motor mounted to the front wheel giving it two-wheel drive. Although the
official mileage figure is not revealed yet, a hybrid diesel engine is sure to
return a figure of more than 100kmpl
