iBall i4 IPS Gem and IPS Velvet

Now Indian handset maker, iBall has introduced two new entry-level Dual-SIM mobile phones - Andi4 IPS Gem and Andi4 IPS Velvet. Out of these two smartphones, the Andi4 IPS is the one offering 3G connectivity. Both smartphones offer very similar set of specifications. For Indian market, iBall will sell the Andi4 IPS Gem for Rs 5,699 and Andi4 IPS Velvet for Rs 5,199.

Both the new iBall Andi4 IPS Gem and Velvet share same set of hardware except the 3G connectivity as pointed out earlier. Both phones feature 4-inch I

PS display with 480x800 pixel resolution and thereby pushing pixel density of 233 pixels per inch. These phones are powered with a dual-core 1.3 Ghz mobile processor paired with mere 256 MB RAM and offering only 2 GB on-board storage. There is a memory card slot to hold up to 32 GB micro SD card.

At the rear, these phones sport a 5 megapixel camera with LED Flash to click decent quality images. In the front lies a 0.3 megapixel camera for video calling. By default, both phones run Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean version. Other features include Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, and GPS with A-GPS support.

Both smartphones offer Dual-SIM configuration with Dual-Standby feature. Not surprisingly both smartphones feature 1300 mAh battery.
